Thank you for supporting Cygnus Magazine. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for purchases made through our platform.
Because most of our services involve digital products and event registrations, refunds are handled differently than for physical goods. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Magazine Issues
All magazine issues sold by Cygnus Magazine are digital products.
Due to the nature of digital content:

All sales are final once the issue has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads after successful delivery.
If you experience technical problems accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Contest Entry Fees
Entry fees for contests are generally non-refundable.
Once a submission has been successfully received and the entry fee has been processed:

The fee cannot be refunded.

Withdrawn submissions are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptions may be made only in cases such as:

Duplicate payments

Technical errors during payment processing
3. Online Workshops
Refunds for workshop registrations may be granted under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:

Cancellation requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.
Not Eligible for Refund:

Cancellation requested less than 48 hours before the workshop.

Failure to attend the workshop.

Access details already provided and the event has begun.
If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Cygnus Magazine, participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
Transfer of registration to another workshop.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you were charged multiple times for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
